The ZLINE BS655N-36 has a modern design and built-to-last quality that would make it a great addition to any home or kitchen remodel. Each piece is hand-cut and crafted utilizing premium grade stainless steel, which accomplishes its sophisticated “piano black” finish through a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Coating. Also known as sputtering, this technique utilizes a vaporization process to create an atom-bonded, strong ceramic layer in order to achieve its stunning black stainless shine and built-to-last quality. The PVD ceramic layer is composed of abrasion-resistant material, ensuring that its pristine finish will be enjoyed for years to come. This hood’s high-performance 4-speed motor will provide all the power you need to quietly and efficiently ventilate your kitchen while cooking.

This hood contains many unique features, such as:
• Dishwasher-safe stainless steel baffle filters
• Built-in LED lighting
• High performance 4-speed motor with speeds up to 700 CFM

All ZLINE range hoods come equipped with everything needed to easily install and use, including two 16-inch telescoping chimneypieces, allowing a fit for most ceilings between 8 and 9 feet. See the table below for detailed options for ceilings shorter than 8 feet or taller than 9 feet.

All orders include free shipping within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or another trusted carrier based on product size and destination.

For large or freight shipments, delivery is curbside only. The carrier will deliver the item to a dry, accessible area such as a driveway or garage entrance. Carriers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home, installation, or debris removal.

Please ensure clear and safe access on the scheduled delivery date.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

Tracking details are typically provided within 3–5 business days after placing your order. Once tracking is issued, please allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear.

For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to scheduling communications to avoid delays.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for return approval.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging, including the box and pallet
  • In resalable condition

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to confirmed damage or defect.
