The Forno 30 Inch Capriasca Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless steel design. The cooking surface includes 5 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 100,000 BTU. A powerful 20K dual-ring burner supports intense boiling or searing while maintaining control for gentle simmering, perfect for melting chocolate or preparing delicate sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat as needed. The spacious 4.32 cu. ft. true convection oven features an easy-to-clean blue enamel interior and a 3-layer glass door window that retains heat while offering a clear view inside. With a total oven output of 6,300 Watts, it provides ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Included are 3 fully telescopic stainless steel racks, a concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit. Zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings complete the premium finish, built to last for years.

            All orders include free shipping within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or another trusted carrier based on product size and destination.

            For large or freight shipments, delivery is curbside only. The carrier will deliver the item to a dry, accessible area such as a driveway or garage entrance. Carriers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home, installation, or debris removal.

            Please ensure clear and safe access on the scheduled delivery date.

            Tracking & Delivery Scheduling

            Tracking details are typically provided within 3–5 business days after placing your order. Once tracking is issued, please allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear.

            For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to scheduling communications to avoid delays.

            Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for return approval.

            To qualify for a return, products must be:

            • Unused and uninstalled
            • In original packaging, including the box and pallet
            • In resalable condition

            A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

            Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to confirmed damage or defect.
